Changes are billed monthly at a $50/hour rate. Minimum fee is ¼ hour. Invoice will indicate the date of the work and the duration of time spent on changes, along with a brief description. No charge for typos or correction of errors on our part.

Web site changes submitted by 6:00 p.m. on any business day, Monday – Friday, will be made and uploaded to the server by 12:00 noon the next business day. Changes submitted over the weekend will by uploaded to the server by Monday at noon.

Clients receive email notification if maintenance will be unavailble for a specific period of time due to vacation or illness.
