(1) The approximately number of web site pages and navigation necessary for those pages,
(2) The amount of content the client is able/willing to provide the designer, e.g., photos,
finished written copy in digital format, etc., (3) Whether or not you need web hosting and
domain name registration and (4) If you'd like to have search engine optimization and submission
performed on your site.
The following chart outlines possible web site needs and an approximate associated
cost. Please note, these prices do not include web hosting (about $200/year), domain name
registration ($24/year per name), advanced content development ($50-75/hour), or search
engine site optimization and submission ($300), because some clients do not need any of
these services.

Web Site Redesigns
Our pricing schedule for redesigns is very similar to that for our new designs,
however, the price includes a complete marketing consultation & recommendation on how
to impact the bottom line through the new and improved web site. In our quotes, we take
into account how much work needs to be done on the old web site to upgrade it to the new.
That differs tremendously from web site to web site. The chart above can be a helpful guideline,
but it really is best to call us because you may currently have more pages than we would
recommend. We can quickly look at your current site and give you our thoughts by phone.
Then, we'll be happy to create a customized, professional written proposal just for your
business.

If you only need a shopping cart to take orders, or if you choose to use Paypal

*Please note: when using online store, all pages are easily prepared for the
search engines by the individual who inputs products into the store. The data entered into
the shopping cart application is optimized and the hosting server is already being searched
by the search engines on a continual basis, making it a good marketing tool. Therefore,
no search engine submission is necessary for the store.
Web Site Maintenance
Changes are billed monthly (if applicable) at a $50/hour rate. Minimum fee is ¼
hour. The monthly invoice indicates the date, the duration, and brief description of the
changes. No charge is made if correcting a typo or an error of ours. If no changes are requested
during the month, no invoice is sent at month's end.
New web site owners have a one month period from web site launch date to make text revisions
and small changes free of charge. This doesn't include substantial web site revisions.
