Compass Marketing Group offers a choice of web site maintenance to our clients:
a low-cost monthly hosting fee that provides a content editor, allowing
for basic text changes.
"Pay as needed" basis--billed monthly--for us to maintain your
web site (or for more advanced revisions).
Here's how our hourly maintenance program works: Web site changes submitted by 6:00 p.m.
on any business day, Monday – Friday, are made and uploaded to the server by 12:00
noon the next business day. Changes submitted over the weekend are uploaded to the server
by Monday at noon. Clients receive an email if maintenance will be unavailable during normal
working hours. Changes are billed monthly at a $50/hour rate. Minimum fee per change is
¼ hour. The monthly invoice indicates the date, the duration, and brief description
of the changes. No charge is made if correcting a typo or an error of ours.
Our new web site owners have a period of one month from launch to make text revisions and
small changes free of charge as long as those changes do not include substantial web site
revisions.
